AI that does the work, not a demo.
AI scoped to one job at a time, with hard rules around it so it cannot invent an answer or act on anything important without a person approving it.
The rules around the AI matter more than the AI.
Anyone can connect a chatbot to your data and call it an agent. We start from the job instead: what exactly is the task, what does it need, and how does it go wrong. Then we pick the right model for it — a big hosted one where the judgement is hard, a smaller one running on your own servers where the task is narrow, the volume is high, or the data cannot leave. Around all of it sit rules the AI cannot argue with. Its answers have to fit an agreed shape, it can only use your verified information, and anything that spends money, deletes something, or reaches a customer waits for a human.
Capabilities
The engagement
Scope
Find the work worth automating, and agree what finished, failed, and escalate mean for it.
Route
Match each step to the right model — a smaller one on your own servers for narrow high-volume work, a hosted one where the thinking is genuinely hard.
Guard
Put hard limits around it: answers in an agreed shape, grounded in your own data, narrow permissions, and a person on anything irreversible.
Monitor
Log every action and watch it in production, then widen what it is allowed to do only as its record earns it.
