Custom software and AI, built to move a number.

We architect, build, and operate enterprise-grade systems — then deploy AI agents that automate real work, not chatbot demos.

System Lifecycle

From initial concept to self-optimizing enterprise system.

  1. 1. Product Architecture & Strategy

Structuring abstract business requirements into developer-ready specs. We map database schemas, API endpoints, and user flows before writing a single line of code.

    • database schema design

  2. 2. Custom Enterprise Software

Engineering bespoke web portals, mobile apps, and core business systems designed to scale and be driven by both staff and AI.

    • bespoke ERP systems
    • customer portals
    • API backbones
    • headless engines

  3. 3. Cloud Infrastructure & Security

Deploying secure, isolated hosting bedrocks. We handle serverless cloud routing, VPC networking, and compliance guardrails to protect your operations.

  4. 4. Data Engineering & Analytics

Building clean, normalized data pipelines. We clean raw databases and set up server-side conversion tracking to measure events directly against revenue.

  5. 5. AI Augmentation & Agents

Deploying specialized, cost-effective AI agents. We run open-weight local models with strict deterministic guardrails to eliminate hallucinations.

    • workflow automation
    • model routing
    • local open-weight LLMs
    • safety wrappers

  6. 6. Performance Growth & Demand

Attracting demand through data-driven performance marketing. Mapped directly to conversion analytics so we only buy traffic that converts.

    • SEO & GEO
    • search optimization
    • lifecycle retention
    • attribution tracking
Rings of light carrying demand further with every pass
  7. 7. SLA Support & Hypercare

Ensuring long-term stability and system tuning. Every ship includes 30 days of hypercare, active uptime monitoring, and SLA-backed security patching.

How we work

Architect. Engineer. Optimize.

Architect

We map your current databases, API routing, cloud topology, and business logic. We design a formal system blueprint and a 90-day roadmap before writing a single line of code.

Engineer

We write clean, production-grade custom software, establish normalized data pipelines, deploy secure cloud instances, and integrate model-agnostic AI agents with deterministic guards.

Optimize

We launch with a 30-day hypercare period, track conversion-to-revenue events via server-side analytics, and continuously tune the systems and retrain local models.

Common questions

Honest answers, up front.

  • Remotely, in English, on your tooling — we take engagements wherever the problem is. We deliver from Dhaka, by choice: senior engineers, a working day that overlaps both the European morning and the whole APAC afternoon, and economics that buy you more iterations per budget than a London or New York rate card ever will.

  • No. Most engagements start with one or two capabilities — usually an architecture blueprint or a build. The rest plug into the same data model and 90-day roadmap as you need them; nothing carries a separate contract. The audit tells you which stage moves your number fastest.

  • Software and automation ship their first working slice inside 4–6 weeks. Data pipelines and dashboards come online alongside them. Where demand work is in scope, paid gives early signal in 2–4 weeks and SEO at 60–90 days. Leading indicators are reported from week one, so you see the machine working before the revenue line does.

  • Three mechanisms you can check. One roadmap, so the build and the system it plugs into are scheduled together. One data layer, so measurement is not reconstructed from three dashboards afterwards. One accountable owner, named in the contract, who carries the number end to end.

  • It starts with a paid audit ($500, credited against your first retainer). After that: a monthly retainer or a fixed project price, scoped to what the audit found. Engagements run month to month once the first 90 days are done.

Bring us the number you need to move.
