This website and its content are provided by Nestmart IT for general information about our services. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. We may update the site and these terms at any time.
Engagements and proposals
Service engagements are governed by the individual proposal or agreement signed for that engagement, including scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, deliverables we produce for a client transfer to that client on full payment, while our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours. The Nestmart IT name, logo, and site content are our property.
No guarantees
Engineering outcomes depend on factors outside our control — third-party systems, evolving requirements, and the state of the environment we're building into. We commit to engineering discipline, the SLAs in your agreement, and honest reporting; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes on this website. Any specific commitments live in your signed agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestmart IT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability under any engagement is capped as set out in the signed agreement for that engagement.
